Meet Peggy
Peggy Scoggins, Founder of Adept Senior Living Solutions, has over thirty years of experience marketing and selling senior living and post-acute care services.
Beginning in 1994, Peggy started as the Director of Consumer Relations for a 100-bed nursing home in the heart of Minneapolis. After five years, she went on to marketing and selling senior housing in new construction and existing communities. For more than twelve years, Peggy has taken her first-hand experience and led over 400 teams and individuals to reach their personal and professional goals.
Peggy holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Northwestern-St. Paul.
Peggy enjoys spending time with her husband of thirty-seven years, Mike, their three children, and six grandchildren. Her favorite past times include reading, camping, kayaking, skiing, and biking.
Meet Melissa
Melissa Kirchhoff, LALD Principal Consultant at Adept Senior Living Solutions, has a solid foundation of knowledge and experience in Senior Housing. Melissa spent 18 years as an operator and leader in one of the largest non-profit senior living provider. Melissa has a demonstrated record of improving and sustaining results in occupancy, financial management, leadership coaching, and resident and employee engagement.
Melissa’s vast experience has positioned her to work with organizations to find best practices for financial stability while guiding individuals and teams to see their full leadership potential.
Melissa has a Bachelor of Science in General Management and Technology from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.
Melissa is a mother of two sassy girls, a wife, and a daughter. She enjoys time with family, traveling, and outdoor activities such as running, biking, and golfing.
Meet Kris
Kris Jacobson, MBA, LNHA, LALD, Executive Consultant at Adept Senior Living Solutions, brings over thirty years of operational experience in senior living, acute care, and post-acute care settings.
Kris had led various senior living organizations, including rural hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, home care and hospice. Most recently, Kris has worked as a healthcare consultant, Interim Administrator, and CEO helping clients around the country
Kris is a licensed Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator and Licensed Assisted Living Director, holding a BA in Management from the College of Saint Scholastica and an M.B.A. from Bethel University.
Kris and her husband enjoys spending time with their children and grandchildren along with competing in triathlons, cycling, diving, golf, tennis, hunting and hiking.
